After confirming it was true information, I started experiencing dizziness, loss of appetite and hopelessness in life, these situations went on for about two weeks. The situation made me have a poor relationship with my family and friends. I was living in a solitude life; all I wanted in life was to be alone in life. My life situation made me look for the appropriate way to cope up. I made the initial step to visit the psychologist who explained to me that my situation was normal, what I needed was to understand that am not the only one with the problem. He made me understand myself and gave me more advice on how to cope up with the situation. After sometimes, I became better and was able to go back to my normal life situation. Trauma is a normal situation in life circumstances, it’s manageable condition, many people have managed it including me; therefore, people need to take heed of the impacts of trauma, if not well taken care of, one may easily destroy the precious life by engaging in stressful life behaviors , as excessive drinking of alcohol, and even engaging in unhealthy sexual activities.
