Law and order make sure that every person in the country has their share of rights. If a country lacks stability in Law and order then it deteriorates economically, its neighbor countries avoid major communications with the country, and the conditions of the country mean peace is not maintained. If a country’s law and order are not imposed properly then automatically it loses political stability.
To maintain Law and order in a country certain aspects need to be given special importance and it should be made sure that ignorance is avoided. The major factor for an efficient Law and order is to have a good balanced Lawsuit. Other factors include an effective check system on the Law imposers to check their credibility and the ratio of police to citizens.
Another important factor is the role of the citizens in maintaining Law and order in their country. The citizens need to abide by the law and obey every lawful order. This is people’s part in maintaining law and order in their country. This is very important because if the civilians won't follow lawful orders then the system would become weak. Strict action would be taken against those civilians and the crime rate in the country would go up eventually. Hence to maintain peace and harmony in the country people should obey every lawful order. Lawful order can be of any type for example following a signal on the road. The importance of this simple lawful order that driving at the green light and stopping at the red is very high. By following this rule a person can not only travel safely but also save his and others' time. The consequences of breaking a signal can be very dangerous in most cases an accident can take the life of the person who broke the signal. By following Law and order a person not only shows his or her characteristics but also makes the country feel proud of him or her as Law and order are being followed efficiently. People can easily follow Law and order if they do things the way the law asks them to that is by obeying lawful orders. If every person does his or her job perfectly then the whole system runs smoothly. The traffic signal was one easy example of obeying the law but in reality, there are many occasions when a person has the option to follow Law and order or he can break the rules. At that moment the person himself can decide what he can do. The best option is to obey lawful orders. This might not seem very feasible in some situations but eventually, it helps the person in all the ways.
To conclude, Law and order in any country are not only run from the Law imposer’s side but it’s a two-way process. The law imposer is only making the rules and punishing who doesn’t follow them but it’s the civilians’ responsibility to follow those rules and obey every lawful order. Read More
