The problems posed to the integration of the system by the different shadow systems include that the information collected is often incomplete or inaccurate; the incompleteness of the information collected misleads the process of decision making, leading to misleading decisions. The other areas threatened by the existence of these systems include the finances, due to increases in costs; the efficiency of staffs and systems following an increase in the durations required for information retrieval and a reduction in productivity, agility and the collaborative capacity of staffs.
